In this project, we estimated the value of the intellectual contribution of an agent at the time of the transfer of ownership to the operating entity in the form of a license. As the recipient entity is listed on Euronext Growth and has opted for IFRS, the forward-looking approach and risk capture were carried out in accordance with international accounting standards.
